Requirements for each process of dry-type transformer
I. High-voltage winding process requirements
1、Construction in strict accordance with the drawings, winding according to the process requirements.
2、Confirm the accuracy of moulds, wires and insulating materials according to the processing list. Calculate the number of segments and turns, two people must confirm at the same time.
3、Wipe the mould with mould releasing agent before winding, and lay the glass fibre tape on the bottom two ends.
4、Before winding, the counter is cleared to zero, and the distance between segments must be delineated according to the drawing to ensure accuracy.
5, winding, found that the wire insulation layer is damaged, fall off, must be wrapped with polyimide film intact.
6, winding, by adjusting the brake device to maintain the wire in the winding process of suitable tension.
7、When wiring, the welding point must be full and smooth without burrs, and must be wrapped with polyimide film.
8, high-voltage wire packages at each end of each layer must be fixed with a grid of tape side lines, not less than four points, between the segments with a grid cloth plug tight.
9, high-voltage wire packages out of the head position is accurate, the bottom of the head must be padded with two layers of insulation (DMD), with glass fibre tape winding fastening.
10、High-voltage package with air channel, the air channel strip must be wiped with release agent.
11、After the winding is completed, the tap-turns are reinforced with ?mm mesh cloth to strengthen the insulation, and at the same time, measure the inter-segment and outer diameter dimensions of the wire package.
12、Accurately fill in the process flow card according to the processing order, and keep the wire package ten clean and tidy.
II. Low-voltage foil winding
1、Construction in strict accordance with the drawings, winding according to the process requirements.
2、Confirm the accuracy of moulds, materials and insulating materials according to the processing list.
3、Before winding, the counter must be cleared to zero. The distance from the centre hole of the row head to the foil is accurate.
4, row and foil welding requirements of full, uniform, smooth, no burr, row bending with polyimide film wrapped insulation.
5、Before winding, the mould, foil and pre-impregnated DMD should be calibrated at the same level.
6、When winding, pay attention to check whether the material is intact, do a good job of layer to layer insulation and keep the same height.
7、It is supported in place to ensure that the airway is smooth and without deformation.
8、When winding, the size of end insulation is not less than the size of the drawing, and it is required that the bottom insulation seams are tight and flat, without leakage of foil, misalignment, and shedding.
9、One row, two rows and low voltage package to maintain vertical, parallel between the two rows.
10、Accurately fill in the process flow card according to the processing order, and keep the wire package clean and tidy.
III. Mould closing
1、Construct in strict accordance with the drawings, and close the mould according to the process requirements.
2、Select the correct copper head, outer mould and panel according to the drawing, especially confirm the contact surface size of copper head, check it intact and wipe it clean. Prevent copper slag from falling into the wire package.
3、Welding copper head, require welding full, firm, no burr, prohibit welding
4, package wire head to be wrapped with polyimide film 10 layers of good insulation, out of the wire and adjacent wires to have a gap and separated by DMD.
5, resistance tester test resistance is balanced, gear position is correct, off. Follow the panel to fix the position of the stall. When folding the line, the force is even to prevent the edge of the line
6、Check all the screws one by one whether they are tight, to prevent leakage of tightening. Glass glue should be coated evenly to prevent leakage.
7、Accurately fill in the process flow card according to the processing order, keep the closing mould clean and tidy.
IV. High-pressure pouring
Strictly according to the drawings of the construction, according to the requirements of the process of pouring.
2. The moulded semi-finished products and resin enter into the oven, and the temperature is adjusted to 90° for 4 hours.
3. The moulded semi-finished product enters the casting tank and pumps to 100pa vacuum. The resin is pumped into the mixing tank in proportion and mixed well, and the vacuum of the mixing tank is kept at 150pa.
4. Pour the line package into the appropriate amount of mixing material at the same speed to avoid the formation of air bubbles, keep the vacuum for 30min.
5. casting semi-finished products into the oven, replenishment height should be accurate, according to the process requirements of baking line package.
6. When demoulding, make sure that the high voltage terminals are not damaged or cracked. Requirements for the wire package end surface flat, copper head end surface, smooth filigree without foreign objects.
7. Check the inner wall of the wire package, and repair it in time if there is any problem.
V. Low-voltage casting
Accurately fill in the process flow card according to the processing order, keep the wire package clean and tidy.
1. Construct in strict accordance with drawings and pour according to process requirements.
2. Fill the gaps of the wire pack with glass glue, soak the insulating paint and put it into the oven together with room temperature resin, keep the temperature at 90° and bake it for 4 hours.
3. Stir the room temperature resin evenly after baking, pouring, and require the end face to be full and smooth.
4. After curing, tidy up the appearance, clean up the residual resin in the wire package and the bottom end of the paint tumour.
5. Fill in the process card accurately according to the processing order, and keep the wire package clean and tidy.
VI, the package
1、Construct in strict accordance with the drawings, and assemble according to the process requirements.
2、Pick up the corresponding materials according to the processing order and check whether the materials are intact.
3、Wrap the core column with DMD to 1cm below the top of the low-voltage package, and require close and solid winding.
4、Set package, the line package should be held lightly, the requirements of the pad must be placed neatly, flat, high and low voltage package and pad full contact compaction, according to the drawing requirements into the appropriate PET.
5, the insertion of iron requires neat work in place, out of the corner neatly, no leakage of pieces, no misplaced.
6、Wire package to the upper and lower windows to maintain the same distance, do a good job of the insulation distance, high-voltage connecting rod insulation distance 120mm (±5).
7, the requirements of high-voltage connecting rod end face smooth and no burrs, installation, should ensure that the end face with the copper head full contact, fastening bolts must be installed spring pads.
8、Installation of zero row, across the row, fastening bolts require flat pads, spring pads, tightening bolts leakage of three threads.
9, all screws must be tightened without loosening, clip fasteners, requirements must be used double nuts.
10, must be processed single number, model marked clearly.
VII. Shipping
1、In accordance with the requirements of the shipment, installation and stocking.
2, before delivery must be cleaned up transformer and shell, check the insulation sheath, silicone nails are fully equipped.
3、Installation of the shell, according to the regulations put a good shock pad, body and shell of the insulation distance
To meet the standard, the body and shell base should be fastened.
4, strictly in accordance with the standards of the fan, temperature control, electromagnetic locks, charged display installation and commissioning.
5, all wiring must be installed in accordance with the provisions of the requirements of neat, beautiful, clear line labelling.
6, the nameplate and test report requirements check clearly, the installation is correct.
