The S11 oil-immersed transformer developed and produced by our company has the advantages of low loss and low noise, which can achieve good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution. Fully sealed transformer and ordinary oil-immersed transformer, compared with the elimination of the oil storage cabinet, oil volume changes by the corrugated oil tank corrugated sheet of the elasticity to automatically adjust the compensation, the transformer is isolated from the air, to prevent and slow down the deterioration of the oil and the aging of the insulation, to enhance the reliability of the operation, the normal operation of maintenance-free.

Transformer core is made of imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheet stacked together, greatly reducing no-load loss and no-load current, and the core is tied to ensure the tightness of the core and reduce noise.

High-voltage and low-voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper, low-voltage winding 500kVA and below adopts double-layer cylindrical structure, 630kVA and above adopts double-helix or quadruple-helix structure, and high-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylindrical structure.

The transformer linkage group adopts Dyn11, which reduces the impact of harmonics on the power grid and improves the quality of power supply.

Transformer is fully sealed structure, prolonging the service life, free of lifting center, free of maintenance.

Measured noise levels are below standard.

After normal transportation, this series of transformers can be put into operation after passing the acceptance project test without the need of center lifting inspection and installation of relevant parts and components.
